LegacyNext · EU-Compliant SaaS
LegacyNext is the software with which rights holders issue ownership certificates themselves: fast, secure, transparent, compliant and peer to peer.
What we solve
Each of these is answered today by searching contracts, email and spreadsheets, and by asking the person who happened to be there. Under each one is what LegacyNext puts in place instead.
The Platform
Every right gets its own record: one file holding the agreement, the documents behind it, and the history of every change.
All parties read that same record, and no one can alter it unnoticed. Years later it still shows what was agreed, who was entitled to agree it, and how the money was divided.
Issuing stays with the rights holder. LegacyNext supplies the software and the proof layer underneath it.
Applications
Each application has its own page, its own buyer and its own stated limits. Six of them prove rights. The seventh issues them.
A signed, hashed manifest of exactly which works sit inside a training licence, with consent recorded per use type and allocation that follows the record.
Open the page →Work-level rights above the edition, with grant and reversion status, contributors by ISNI and settlement that reaches authors, translators and estates.
Open the page →A rights pool registered with its contracts attached, allocation defined before revenue arrives, and one record that the label, the writer and an auditor all read.
Open the page →ISRC, UPC, master rights, versions, contracts and waterfall on one canonical release record, feeding the systems labels, distributors and CBOs already run.
Open the page →Contingent obligations written into the agreement, verified against official competition data, and settled to every party from the same execution.
Open the page →The operational layer after the trademark register: licences, product authorisation, batches, royalty reporting and proof of use in one file.
Open the page →07 · The second line
The six applications above prove what a rights holder already has. This one lets him issue it.
A publisher offering a catalogue fractionally, a club distributing transfer rights, an estate splitting income among heirs, a brand owner selling a share in licensing income. Each of them today builds a bespoke legal structure, waits months, and ends up with an administration the buyer cannot verify.
With LegacyNext the rights holder defines the asset, defines the shares, issues the certificates as unique tokens and lets them move directly between parties, while the income follows the certificates automatically.

Next step
A first deployment is deliberately small and predictable: one defined set of rights, the documentation attached, the issuing mandate established, and one flow of money allocated against the record.
The conversation starts with how that administration runs today and where the friction sits. If there is a basis to continue, we agree the next step together.
